Last updated · May 2026

1. Definitions

"Client" means the person or business engaging Ramdas QLD to perform transport services. "Services" means the refrigerated transport, freight handling, and related services provided by Ramdas QLD.

2. Services provided

Ramdas QLD provides temperature-controlled transport, refrigerated freight handling, multi-temperature delivery, and related logistics services across Queensland and, where agreed, interstate.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information provided by the Client (route, cargo type, temperature requirements, timing). Pricing may be revised if actual conditions differ materially from those quoted. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

4. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed in writing. The Client is responsible for accurate information regarding cargo type, weight, packaging, pickup and delivery details.

5. Client obligations

The Client must ensure cargo is suitably packaged, labelled and pre-cooled where applicable, and that pickup and delivery locations are accessible to the agreed vehicle type.

6. Delivery and timing

We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed delivery windows. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by conditions beyond our reasonable control such as weather, road conditions or third-party delays.

7. Temperature handling

We carry out temperature-controlled transport according to industry-standard practices and the agreed temperature range. The Client is responsible for advising the correct required temperature and providing pre-cooled cargo where required.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage is limited as set out in the relevant booking confirmation. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

9. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations must be made as early as practicable. Cancellation fees may apply where vehicles and operators have already been assigned to the run.

10. Payment terms

Payment terms are set out on each invoice. Late payment may incur reasonable recovery costs.

11. Dispute resolution

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith before commencing formal proceedings.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
